Porter / Day Porter

Maintain cleanliness throughout an occupied commercial facility for one of our accounts across the NYC metro area.

Primary responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness throughout an occupied commercial facility
• Restroom checks and servicing
• Trash and recycling removal
• Lobby, common-area, break-room, and high-touch cleaning
• Respond professionally to reasonable client requests within scope
• Complete periodic cleaning tasks throughout the shift
• Document work through the Command Center

Preferred qualifications

• 1+ year of porter, janitorial, facilities, hospitality, or building-service experience preferred
• Strong customer-service and professional communication skills
• Comfortable working around employees, tenants, customers, and visitors
• Reliable attendance
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
