Commercial Cleaning Technician / Cleaner

We operate throughout New York, Connecticut and New Jersey, servicing commercial and janitorial accounts. Equipment and supplies are typically already on-site.

Primary responsibilities

• Perform commercial and janitorial cleaning according to the assigned work order
• Follow site-specific cleaning procedures and the scope of work
• Check in and check out through our internal Command Center
• Take required exterior, before, during, and after photos
• Upload job documentation through a mobile device
• Follow alarm, lockbox, key, access, and security procedures
• Maintain professional conduct while working around clients, employees, and the public
• Report damaged equipment, maintenance concerns, supply shortages, or unusual site conditions

Preferred qualifications

• 1+ year of commercial, janitorial, custodial, hospitality, healthcare, school, warehouse, or similar cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Comfortable using a smartphone and basic mobile applications
• Able to follow written work orders and instructions
• Professional appearance and communication
• Driver’s license and/or reliable vehicle preferred but not mandatory for every assignment
