Cleaning Supervisor / Site Supervisor

Lead a cleaning crew across one or more commercial accounts, ensuring quality and safety standards are met on every shift.

Primary responsibilities

• Supervise assigned cleaning technicians and/or porters
• Verify attendance, punctuality, uniforms, and staff readiness
• Review work orders and ensure crews understand the scope
• Conduct quality-control inspections
• Verify required photo documentation
• Communicate deficiencies and corrective actions
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members
• Escalate client concerns or operational problems to management
• Maintain accurate site documentation
• Ensure OSHA and company safety procedures are followed

Preferred qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial cleaning, janitorial, custodial, facilities, or building-service experience
• At least 1 year of team-lead, supervisory, or management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage staff independently
• Smartphone and basic technology proficiency
• Valid driver’s license strongly preferred
• OSHA 10 preferred; OSHA 30 is a plus depending upon assignment
• Previous school, commercial, healthcare, government, construction, or institutional experience is a plus
